Our mission is to find and fund exceptional young founders who are building innovative solutions in B2B SaaS, B2C SaaS, and consumer applications. We're particularly interested in founders who demonstrate strong technical abilities, deep understanding of their target market, and the drive to build something meaningful.

Unlike traditional VCs, we're focused exclusively on pre-seed investments, providing $10K-100K checks to help you get your idea off the ground. We don't do seed rounds or later-stage investments. This allows us to work with founders at the earliest stages, when support and guidance are most critical.

We provide pre-seed investments ranging from $10,000 to $100,000, depending on the stage of your project and your specific needs. We exclusively focus on pre-seed funding and do not participate in seed rounds or later-stage investments.

No, you don't need a finished product. We invest in founders at various stages, from idea to early traction. What's most important is your vision, technical ability, and understanding of the problem you're solving. We're comfortable investing in strong teams that are still in the concept phase.

Absolutely not! We specifically look for young, ambitious founders, including high school and college students. Some of the most innovative companies were started by young founders, and we're excited to support the next generation of entrepreneurs. If you're under 18, you may need a parent or guardian to help with certain legal aspects.

We accept applications on a rolling basis throughout the year. After you submit your application, we typically review it within 1-2 weeks. If there's a potential fit, we'll reach out to schedule a conversation. The entire process from application to funding can take as little as 3-4 weeks.

While having a co-founder can be beneficial, it's not a requirement. We've funded solo founders who have the right mix of technical and business skills. That said, we do look at your ability to build a team and execute on your vision, so having complementary co-founders can strengthen your application.

Beyond capital, we provide mentorship, connections to industry experts, and help with future fundraising. We aim to be hands-on partners in your journey, offering guidance while letting you maintain control of your vision. Our goal is to help you reach key milestones that position you for future growth and potential follow-on funding.

Currently, we primarily invest in founders based in the United States. However, we may consider exceptional international founders on a case-by-case basis, particularly if you have plans to incorporate in the US or have a significant US market focus.

Strong applications demonstrate a clear understanding of the problem you're solving, why you're uniquely positioned to solve it, and early evidence of execution ability. We value authenticity, technical skill, and ambitious thinking. Your one-minute video is particularly important - it helps us get to know you and understand your passion for your idea.
